This route is for the adventure seeking travellers who want a break from the madding crowd, and just want to see the island for its raw beauty.

The road from your starting point will instantly transform as you head out to the undeveloped side of the island. Head out along the rugged northeastern side of the island, cycling for around 30mins of unpaved red earth road, travelling at your own pace, taking in the natural coastline and untouched views along the way.

Stop for a half-way swim and a long lunch at the island's most popular eastern beach, Man O'War Bay and taste award winning wines at the adjoining vineyard.

The loop road back will take you along the scenic southern coast, cruising down long winding, uncluttered red earth roads, passing by the infamous Passage Rock winery - another vineyard with an equally great reputation.  Perfect timing for that post-lunch glass of wine.

Self-guided or guided tours available on request.  Lunch stop optional.  Allow for an easy 2 - 2.5 hours cycle time over the 32km tour.... A good run for your battery.
